Based in Niseko, Stellar guests will enjoy early-ups on powder days as well as cat rides into the backcountry as part of an all inclusive package-including 5 star accommodation, all lift tickets, and the most experienced guides.Depending on conditions, we will explore neighboring resorts, such as Rusutsu, Moiwa, and Kiroro.We let Mother Nature lead the way, which could include skiing our way off the backside to a natural hot springs (don'tforget to pack your swim suit!) Itinerary

DAY 1 – Fly into Sapporo, be greeted by Stellar Guides

DAY 2-7 Combination of exploring Niseko and surrounding resorts, with option to add heli skiing or cat skiing for an additional cost

DAY 8 – Wake up and depart for Sapporo Airport

Stellar guides have been working together in various locations around the world for over a decade. With a 1 to 4 guide to client ratio, small groups allow for strategic strikes into the backcountry, or to neighboring resorts. We know where to go to find the snow!

FAQs 

+ How to get to Niesko?

You will fly into New Chitose Airport in Sapporo (CTS), via connecting flight from one of Tokyo's international airports. A Stellar Guide will greet you at the airport and take you to Niesko, about a 3 hour drive.

+ Are we gaurenteed to ski everyday?

Mother nature is always in control. However, with an annual snowfal of 14 meters, it's rare that you don't wake up to a powder day! Between Niesko, the neighbouring resorts of Rusutsu, Moiwa, and Kiroro, and the surrounding side/backcountry, there will be no shortage of options.

+ What saftey gear do we need to bring?

Stellar recommends guests bring their own safety gear which they are accustome to using (beacon, shovel, probe, avalanche pack), however we will provide any and all necessary safety equipment if guests do not have. Let Stellar know upon booking.

+ What certifications do Stellar Guides have?

Stellar Guides are all fully certified with WFR medical training and Pro 1 Avy and most importantly Stellar guides have been working together in various locations around the world for the past decade. Our systems are in place and we know where to go!

+ Is this adventure open to all levels of riders?

Stellar Japan welcomes all levels of skiers and snowboarders on this adventure.

+ What is the cancellation policy?

In order for Stellar to make these trips a reality we must pre pay for lodging, food, lift tickets, and guiding services. For this reason we are unable to provide cash refunds. We reccomend all guests file for trip insurance to be covered in case of bad weather, injury, or last minute trip cancellations.
